Impactful CCM Albums: Sixpence None the Richer, This Beautiful Mess (1995)

It’s not the first time I’ve blogged about Sixpence None the Richer’s This Beautiful Mess; see here.

On the CD’s release, I had just entered my twenties and was struggling with the usual angst experienced by anyone of that age range. Now I’m in my forties, This Beautiful Mess is still the go-to album for me when reflecting on humanity—and my humanity in particular—in all its messiness and promise.

Standout track: ‘Love, Salvation, the Fear of Death’
