New Articles on Providence, Free Will, Evil, Hell – and Toothache

been available online for a while, but it’s nice to have them in print. It
might just be me, but I’m not overly keen on this ‘early online availability’
thing. I know the publication process can take a while, but I’d rather have
anything formal I write in print than simply out there. Anyway, check out the
