New Articles on Providence, Free Will, Evil, Hell – and Toothache

The latest edition of The Heythrop Journal 56:1 (2015) contains a number of interestingly titled articles, including:

Andrew Gleeson, ‘The Problem of Evil and the Problem of the Slightest Toothache’

Roger W. Nutt, ‘Providence, Wisdom, and the Justice of Job’s Afflictions: Considerations from Aquinas’ Literal Exposition on Job

Glenn B. Siniscalchi, ‘Thomas Aquinas, Natural Evil, and “Outside the Church, No Salvation”’

James Higgins, ‘Cosmology, Logic, and Judaeo-Christian Belief’

W. Paul Franks, ‘Divine Freedom and Free Will Defenses’

Martin Henry, ‘Does Hell Still Have a Future?’

All these articles have been available online for a while, but it’s nice to have them in print. It might just be me, but I’m not overly keen on this ‘early online availability’ thing. I know the publication process can take a while, but I’d rather have anything formal I write in print than simply out there. Anyway, check out the latest edition of The Heythrop Journal if any of the above tickle your fancy.
